The 3W Project was created to reframe how women experience financial well-being—not as a separate goal, but as an essential part of a fuller, more meaningful life. Today, women are increasingly inheriting and managing wealth on their own. Yet from our experience, we know that a lack of clarity, confidence, and support around money in transitional times often leads to stress and undermines well-being.
After years of research and piloting in-person programs with women, we recognized the need for a more intentional, structured effort focused on financial well-being. The result is the 3W Project.
Designed for women navigating transitions, building new futures, or simply seeking a healthier relationship with money, the 3W Project offers a new path forward.
Designed for women navigating transitions, building new futures, or simply seeking a healthier relationship with money, the 3W Project offers a new path forward.
At its core are three interconnected pillars: Wisdom, Well-being, and Wealth . Together, they form a practical and personal foundation for approaching money with clarity, aligning financial choices with values, and building a future grounded in self-trust and strength.
The 3W Pillars of Stability
In architecture, a structure with three legs or columns forms the most stable base—able to stand firm, even on uneven ground. The same principle applies to personal growth and empowerment. Three pillars offer balance without overwhelm, representing just enough support to create strength, clarity, and resilience. In the 3W Project, the pillars of Wisdom, Well-being, and Wealth form a dynamic foundation. Together, they support women in leading lives of purpose, alignment, and agency.

1. Wisdom
The pillar of discernment, lived experience, and self-awareness
Wisdom represents the internal compass that guides decision-making.
Wisdom represents the internal compass that guides decision-making.
It is the ability to pause, reflect, and act with intention—especially when navigating life’s complexities.
In the 3W Project, wisdom anchors the journey. It asks: What do I know about myself, my values, and what truly matters?
2. Well-being
2.
The pillar of resilience, vitality, and connection
Well-being is the state of ‘being aligned’—emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually.
It enables women to thrive, not just survive, by creating supportive environments and practices.

In the 3W Project, well-being reinforces the idea that we cannot separate how we feel from how we function. It asks: How do I care for myself in a way that supports my capacity to live fully?
3. Wealth
The pillar of resources, access, and financial agency

Wealth is not just about money—it is about having the means to make choices, support others, and shape our futures.
Financial well-being becomes a tool for empowerment and legacy, not just security.
In the 3W Project, wealth breaks silence and stigma. It asks: How do I use money as a tool for strength, stewardship, and possibility?

3W project and Livewell Strategies
I’m a researcher, educator, and coach with a lifelong commitment to well-being in all its forms. My work is shaped by an interdisciplinary background in health sciences, human ecology, and organizational development—and driven by a desire to help people feel more empowered, connected, and whole. Through the 3W Project, I create spaces for women to explore their financial lives honestly and intentionally, building clarity, confidence, and a sense of agency. I also work with leaders and organizations to design strategies, workplaces, and cultures supporting lasting well-being. This work is deeply personal. My experiences have taught me how essential well-being is—especially in moments of transition, challenge, and change. I believe well-being is not a luxury, it’s a foundation. And I’m here to help build it, one person, one practice, and one project at a time.

I am honored to participate and lend my experience to the 3W Project. My mission as a Private Wealth Advisor is to help educate and empower women to own and understand their relationship with money. My experience has shown me that many women are indifferent to or have been excluded from financial conversations due to a number of societal and economic factors. This can create a great deal of stress and many challenges especially when they are also facing big life changes. I work with women transitioning from partnership to divorce, loss of a spouse and loss of parents. While education is a natural part of the client experience, I desire to build a program that will reach many others outside my office.
